Sunori Labs provides Luminous Once, a Windows desktop application for dedicated display setups. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us.
Information We Collect
We may collect product key and activation metadata, app version and platform information needed for support, purchase-related information provided by Paddle, local configuration created by the user, and optional support information that a user chooses to send to us.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers inside the Luminous app, continuous background analytics from the app unless clearly disclosed and enabled in a future version, or personal account profiles inside the current sell-once edition.
How We Use Information
We use information to activate and validate product access, store local app configuration, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and protect the product against abuse or invalid license use.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle or another payment provider. Card numbers and checkout payment details are handled by the payment provider, not directly by Sunori Labs.
Local Storage
Luminous Once stores configuration and license-related information locally on the user's device so the app can continue working between launches.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when needed for payment processing, support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
