Luminous Once

End User License Agreement

Effective date: June 4, 2026

This End User License Agreement is between the end user and Sunori Labs for Luminous Once.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one purchased copy of Luminous Once under the rules described at the time of sale.

Ownership

Luminous Once is licensed, not sold. The software, branding, artwork, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute the software except where we expressly allow it, remove license or copyright notices, reverse engineer or modify the software except where local law clearly permits it, or use invalid, copied, or shared product keys.

Activation

The sell-once edition may require a valid product key. If activation or validation fails because of an invalid key, duplicate misuse, or edited application files, access may be limited.

Updates

We may provide maintenance updates, bug fixes, or compatibility updates, but we are not obligated to provide continuous feature development unless we state otherwise.

Support

Basic support is offered through the support channels we publish. Support covers installation, activation, and core product issues. Custom theme creation, advanced Windows tuning, and unsupported modifications are outside the launch support scope.
