Refund and Support Policy

Refund Window
Refund requests are reviewed when submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Eligible Cases
Eligible cases may include activation failure on a supported Windows environment, failure to launch or perform the advertised core function after reasonable troubleshooting, duplicate purchase, or an obvious checkout error.
Exclusions
Refunds may not be available for change of mind after successful activation and normal use, issues caused only by unsupported third-party software or hardware, altered system environments, unsupported modifications, or requests that cannot provide purchase details.
Process
Contact us through the support form with your purchase email address, transaction ID, app version, and a short issue summary. Refunds are reviewed by Sunori Labs and handled through Paddle or the active payment provider when applicable.
Support Scope
Initial support covers installation help, activation help, deck display launch and reload help, and core widget, icon, media display, and layout troubleshooting.
Out of Scope
Launch support does not include custom theme creation, advanced Windows tuning, support for every third-party media player configuration, unsupported modifications, or edited app files.

Product support, billing, and refunds are handled through the support form.
