First setup guide.

Install, activate, and place the deck display.

This guide covers the first setup after purchase. It is intentionally short: install the app, activate your license, choose the dedicated display, and confirm that the deck launches correctly.

Setup flow

Before daily use

  1. Install the app Run the installer from the download page and finish the Windows installation prompts.
  2. Launch Luminous Once Open the app from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
  3. Enter your license key Use the license key sent after purchase. Keep the purchase email in case support needs to verify the order.
  4. Select the dedicated display Choose the 8.8-inch display or the monitor you want Luminous Once to use as the deck surface.
  5. Confirm the deck view Check that the deck fills the intended display and that the main widgets are visible.

Display note

For 8.8-inch displays

If the deck appears cropped or enlarged, check the Windows display scaling and resolution for the small monitor. Use the display setting that keeps the deck visible without stretching.
